Your invitation to rewrite the rest of your story

Hi Resilient Sunshine!

You know that moment when you feel that you don't quite fit in, that no matter how much you get done, it still doesn't feel right?

It gets worst before it gets better. And sometimes this brings us the awareness we need to get the ball rolling for the adjustments or attunement we need.

Are we broken?

I've sat down with Hedi Shah, a Canadian-Iranian living in the UK who has moved away from a career in Urban Design to be the amazing Bodyworker and Mindfulness Teacher I get to collab with now.

Was the road a straight and forward path? No! Was it painful? Yes! Is she grateful? Absolutely.

And here's why:

  • The friction between who she was and who she was meant to be was an essential process in her becoming
  • Most health and wellness programs only manage symptoms which is not enough!
  • To avoid falling in the trap of quick fixes and distraction, one rule: listen in and test & learn different things.
  • Flagging conditioning doesn't mean getting free from it: it takes practice and not ignoring your body!

It wasn't always clear, it wasn't a well designed journey, but it was hers. Reclaiming her sovereignty as a women and what it means in her own terms helped her feel confident to tackle whatever is ahead.

That why we created something special for you!

Most women who’ve lived an unconventional life are out there making things happen, pursuing big goals… but something always feels off. Like they can never get a seat at the table they want.

No matter where they look, they can’t seem to find people like them, which makes them believe they can’t belong as who they truly are.

As first generation immigrants, women and entrepreneurs, Hedi and I know too well the pressure of trying to fit into neat boxes. Society conditions us to follow a linear path that can be very limiting.

That’s why we came together with our different expertise to create an exclusive and FREE 3-day immersive experience for women to rewrite the rest of their stories!

Grab a seat at our table on February 11th-13th or share this exceptional event with the amazing sisters, mothers, friends, daughters, colleagues, and incredible other women you know!

We've just released it and have already 30 superwomen joining us!

Can wait!

With Love and Resilience,

Hi Resilient Sunshine, You're done surviving. But there's a messy middle between "ready for change" and "acting on it". We don't talk enough about that although it is the most important part of the journey. That famous "enjoy the journey, not the destination"? Well, this messy middle is it! You don't always need a Plan B The latest episode with Alex was poignant. For her, change was about the real survival. "It just came to a state when couldn't live like that anymore". She shared not only...

Hi Resilient Sunshine, We tend to think of breakups as romantic endings. But the hardest breakup you’ll ever go through? It might not be with a person. It might be with a job that’s slowly draining you. A city that never felt like home. An identity you outgrew years ago. Or a version of yourself you created just to keep other people comfortable... and you know what? You're allowed to leave! When Life Knocks You Down (More Than Once) I recently sat down with Pacharee who has survived what most...

Big Life Changes: how the worst leads to your best

Hey Sunshine! "Community is essential. But if you hand over the keys to your joy, you'll starve." I spent an afternoon with Simon, my second 1-2-1 interview for the pod. He's lived more lives than most of us will in three: raised by women in times none of us can recall about London, he embraced a career change from operations and management to become a therapist when people usually go for retirement. I went in expecting to ask him about resilience and career changes. What I left with was...
