Tired of putting on a "professional" mask?

Hi Resilient Sunshine!

This December, I’m living in Asia and I’d like it spicy, please!

If you're not as lucky to be somewhere warm, here's a tip: take a look in the mirror at the amazing light you shine! That should fire you up.

I've cooked up a special end-of-year live episode just for you, with an intimate conversation... about intimacy! Make sure to register and send me your questions for the experts: Cindy Gallop, Katie White and Carla Crivaro.

It is exciting to go deep (no pun intended... ok maybe a little...) and real, especially after the stunning episode we had last week on building a resilient brand that doesn't break you!

Joel Sousa and Daniel J. Moore have joined me to share their secrets about successful personal brands, and it was a no brainer...

What if being yourself prevented you from burnout?

Turns out, they have watched many crash and burn trying to be somebody they are not. It seems like the easy thing to do to hide behind a brand like we are a corporate holding. But this leads you to burnout with deep inadequacy and misalignment.

When you stay true to yourself, you can run the most sustainable business and personal brand.

It might seem complex at first, but their recipe for success is simple:

  • The biggest mistake is putting on a "professional" mask.
  • Your "weird" and niche interests are what attracts your ideal tribe
  • Your true personality acts as a filter to repel the wrong clients/people
  • Your boring is someone else's inspiration. Don't deprive them of it!

Speak up! Show up! You can be scared to be seen, and still do it. Most clients who failed were the ones who did nothing and shied away.

Entrepreneur or employed, personal branding is key: nobody gets a job just by sending a CV anymore!

But what else are we not speaking enough about?

Honest intimacy education might be what makes or breaks the harmony of our adult lives. From young adulthood to menopause and hormonal changes, but also the future generations to come, there are too many unspoken truths.

My guests are backing sexual education projects in order to end rape culture and support healthier relationships.

Join us for an unusual episode for this end-of-year special where we'll be talking about:

  • Breaking the silence for a healthier, more honest society.
  • How an industry that’s been pushed into the shadows has built incredible resilience.
  • Building a business that fuels you, even when others don’t get it: the secret of trailblazers.

Prepare your questions, and register to join us here.

See you on: December 16th at 8.15AM EST (that's 1.15PM UK time).

One last thing: do you ever wonder...

If you're stuck in survival mode and what to do with it? Take the quiz !

There isn't any "magic" state or mode to be in. But it's great to find out if you're on autopilot and hyper triggered.

Why? No miracle, but you might be able to enjoy the messy middle a little more understanding better where you're at.

Take the quiz, enjoy Leo's jokes, listen to the tracks recommended, and if you need me, I'm one message away!

Hi Resilient Sunshine, You're done surviving. But there's a messy middle between "ready for change" and "acting on it". We don't talk enough about that although it is the most important part of the journey. That famous "enjoy the journey, not the destination"? Well, this messy middle is it! You don't always need a Plan B The latest episode with Alex was poignant. For her, change was about the real survival. "It just came to a state when couldn't live like that anymore". She shared not only...

Hi Resilient Sunshine, We tend to think of breakups as romantic endings. But the hardest breakup you’ll ever go through? It might not be with a person. It might be with a job that’s slowly draining you. A city that never felt like home. An identity you outgrew years ago. Or a version of yourself you created just to keep other people comfortable... and you know what? You're allowed to leave! When Life Knocks You Down (More Than Once) I recently sat down with Pacharee who has survived what most...

Big Life Changes: how the worst leads to your best

Hey Sunshine! "Community is essential. But if you hand over the keys to your joy, you'll starve." I spent an afternoon with Simon, my second 1-2-1 interview for the pod. He's lived more lives than most of us will in three: raised by women in times none of us can recall about London, he embraced a career change from operations and management to become a therapist when people usually go for retirement. I went in expecting to ask him about resilience and career changes. What I left with was...
